Jamestown Residential Lot Development Program
The Jamestown/Stutsman County Development Corporation can provide up to 50% of the eligible infrastructure costs for new residential lot development projects located within the Jamestown city limits.
This locally driven program is funded through the City of Jamestown’s Economic Development Fund and is designed to support the development of new residential lots to address local housing needs. Program requirements include a minimum five-lot development and a developer agreement.
