ND Department of Commerce launches Community Dashboard
March 15, 2018
A web-based Community Dashboard intended to make North Dakota a better place is being launched by the North Dakota Department of Commerce.
The Dashboard will provide information that can be used to help grow healthy, vibrant and financially solvent communities.
All you have to do is go to mainstreetnd.com/resources.
Click on View Dashboard, then click on one of four tabs, which takes you to a bunch of data reports.
The Community Dashboard will help city leaders figure out certain data faster, which will help them with their decision making.
"I think anytime that we have a tool that will enable us to do that is a good thing because having information and data to make decisions is critically important," said Bismarck Mayor Mike Seminary.
The dashboard was a work in progress, but Lieutenant Governor Brent Sanford thinks it'll be worth it in the end.
