GROUND-BREAKING LEGACY FUND RESEARCH TO BE RELEASED
19 Oct 2020
The results of a statewide survey of North Dakota voters will be released on Monday, October 19 beginning at 3 pm. The survey of 500 likely voters was conducted earlier this week by WPA Intelligence, a leading national public opinion research firm. The Jamestown Stutsman County Development Corporation oversaw the research project.
The voter survey was conducted following recent news reports about a proposal to invest more of the Legacy Fund within the state - and reports about the fund being invested in questionable foreign companies. “We have asked the people of North Dakota a series of questions that have never been asked before,” Ova said. “As we approach the 10th anniversary of the Legacy Fund, it is long overdue that we find out what people want the fund to do going forward.”
If you are interested in receiving a copy of the survey results, please contact Connie Ova at connie@growingjamestown.com or 701-252-6861.
Additionally, Mr. Chris Wilson, CEO of WPA Intelligence will be available on Tuesday, October 20 at 11 a.m. (central time) to brief reporters on the survey and answer any questions.
