Jamestown Affordable Housing unit would repurpose old Eagles Club building

JAMESTOWN, N.D. - The city of Jamestown has approved the revitalization of a vacant building to a four-story low income housing project.
The Eagle Flats project would provide 33 units for low and moderate income people.
Eagle Flats would re-purpose the existing Eagles Club building that has been vacant for more than 15-years.
Commonwealth Development was awarded $720,000 in credit authority.
