Jamestown/Stutsman Development Corporation operates three industrial parks in the community, Food Processing Industrial Park, I-94 Business Park and Spiritwood Energy Park.
The Food Processing Industrial Park (Food Park) is an agriculture, food processing industrial park with immediate access to road, rail and air transport located 2.5 miles east of Jamestown, directly east of Cavendish Farms on 3rd St SE. The Food Park is the state’s only Food Processing Industrial Park with 55 acres available in the 200 acre park.
The I-94 Business Park is a business and industrial park. Located at the junction of I-94 and Hwy 281, the Park is accessible from the south by Country Club Road or from the west by 3rd Ave SW. This park is also within minutes of rail and airport.
The Spiritwood Energy Park is an industrial park with 500 plus acres located approximately 10 miles east of Jamestown. Cargill Malt and Great River Energy are just to the east of this park. This park has convenient access to Rail, Interstate, Highway, Water, Wastewater, Heavy Power & Steam.
The Airport Business Park has lots ranging in size from 8.5 to 46 acres. These lots have access to 34th St SE, and Highway 20. These lots are minutes from downtown and have easy accessibility to Interstate 94. Incentives for development available.
