Development of the proposed biomass refinery in the Spiritwood, N.D., energy park is moving along and interest in it is growing, CEO Connie Ova told Jamestown/Stutsman Development Corp. Board members Monday.

JSDC presents awards at annual meeting

Following a presentation at the annual meeting last week by Sandra Broekema on a proposed biorefinery, Jamestown/ Stutsman Development Corp. CEO Connie Ova handed out several awards.

Martinizing Dry Cleaning received an award as the first Flex PACE project in Jamestown. Flex PACE was authorized two legislative sessions ago, Ova said, to assist nonprimary sector businesses. Both PACE, which serves primary sector, and Flex PACE are interest buy down programs facilitated through the Bank of North Dakota. more »
