Background: There is currently an area shortage of skilled & professional workers necessitating the creation of a training and placement center business.
Approach: Survey ND businesses for needs, communicate with universities and trade schools, establish training criteria and focus, explore candidate options, and promote the establishment of the training center. (research the Minnesota model as it has been successful).
