    Chief Executive Officer

    Connie OvaConnie is responsible for formulation and implementation of strategies leading to development of primary sector industries to the region, and retention/expansion of existing primary sector businesses. Connie began employment with JSDC as Training and Projects Coordinator and accepted the position of CEO in November of 2003. She has been instrumental in developing partnerships among many community entities. She assisted with coordination of SE ND Manufacturers Roundtable, packaged several business expansions and startups, and developed relationships with several firms considering location in Jamestown. Connie has a BS Degree in Business Administration/Management. She previously worked for the James Valley Vocational Center as Program Coordinator for Adult Farm Business Management. Connie is married and has one son. She enjoys hunting, fishing, boating and gardening.

  • Lindsey Larson


    Marketing/Business Development Specialist

    Lindsey LarsonLindsey will have a strong hand in developing and implementing the ongoing marketing plan, and coordinating the development of marketing materials and programs for JSDC. Her responsibilities also include the vigorous communication and marketing of Jamestown and Stutsman County area as a desirable place to expand and relocate business enterprises. She will be exploring opportunities to encourage employees to consider Jamestown and Stutsman County as their ideal place to work and live as this community continues to “grow” good job opportunities. Lindsey brings a significant amount of web development and marketing experience to the JSDC. Lindsey resides in Jamestown and is active in the Lion's Club, Zonta International and American Legion Auxiliary.

  • DeAnn Brunner


    Office Coordinator

    DeAnn BrunnerDeAnn will be responsible for handling all administrative detail and coordinating items for all of Jamestown/Stutsman Development Corporation’s current and new projects. DeAnn will be instrumental in keeping projects on schedule and will assist Connie and Lindsey on development and implementation of strategies that will lead to growth and retention to the region. DeAnn has a BA Degree in Communications and Business Administration/Management. DeAnn is married and has a daughter. She enjoys the great outdoors, spending time with family and friends, photography, and gardening.

  • Jonathan Leonard


    Jamestown College Intern

    Jonathan LeonardJonathan is a Senior at Jamestown College, majoring in Business Administration and Financial Planning with a concentration in Marketing. He has been interning at JSDC since the beginning of January 2012 and will be working through May 2012. His duties range from day to day activities as well as assisting with marketing implementations and design. Jonathan currently holds a seat on the Student Senate at Jamestown College, where he does various activities to help improve the quality of life on campus and is a voice for his fellow students at Jamestown College. Jonathan is from St. John, ND.
