  President - North Dakota State Hospital
  
  Alex currently is the Superintendent (CEO) of the North Dakota State Hospital in Jamestown and North Dakota Developmental Center in Grafton. He is a graduate of St. Mary’s Central High School and University of Mary (BS – Social Work) in Bismarck and Masters of Science in Administration from the Central Michigan University. He was a past Board Member, Executive Committee Member and Past President (2002) of the JSDC for ten years. He served two terms on the Jamestown Country Club Board of Directors, is the past President of the Jamestown Lions Club and served as a Trustee for the Jamestown Elks. He is the past President of the North Dakota Long Term Care Association. He currently serves as the President of the Health Services Inc. Board of Directors (HSI). Alex resides in Jamestown with his wife Arlene.

• Gary Riffe

  
  Vice President - Retired - Hi-Acres Manor
  
  Gary began service to Hi-Acres Manor in 1977 as Assistant Administrator. In 1980 he assumed the role of Administrator, a position he has since maintained. Gary was licensed in Long Term Care Administration in 1971 and has operated homes in Montana and South Dakota. Gary is the first administrator in North Dakota to become certified through the American College of Health Care Administrators and has served as their president. Gary is also a founding member and past president of the North Dakota Long Term Care Association.

• Dennis Ellefson

  
  Secretary/Treasurer - Otter Tail Power Company
  
  Born and raised on a farm near Sherman, SD. Graduated in 1970 from Jasper, MN. (Associate Degree – Accounting). Has been employed by Otter Tail Power Company for 33 years, having worked in the area offices of Milbank, Morris, Fergus Falls, Oaks and now Jamestown. When in Morris in 2002, served on boards for Stevens County Economic Improvement Commission and City Council for 5+ years. Also has been involved with JCs, Kiwanis, Boy Scouts, Church Council, Babe Ruth Base Ball, Chamber of Commerce, City Planning Commission, Elderly Housing Board, Rotary, Lions Club, Morris Fishing League, and Airport Advisory Board.

• Jim Boyd

  
  Past President - Retired - Goodrich Cargo Systems
  
  Retired after 31 years of service from Goodrich Cargo Systems, Jamestown as Director of Business Development/Product Support responsible for developing new business with Boeing, Airbus, and the airlines worldwide plus providing product support/spares/upgrades directly to the airlines. Prior to his joining Goodrich, Jim's previous experience included 5 years at Arctic Cat Snowmobiles as Sr. Project Engineer and 3 years at Boeing as Design Engineer. Jim earned his BS Degree in Arts & Science with a major in Mathematics at South Dakota State University (Brookings) and a Masters Degree in Management at the University of Mary (Bismarck). He also earned a Certificate in Design Education Program at the University of Washington (Seattle).

  At-Large Representative - Stutsman County Commission
  
  Mark is a self employed business owner and a graduate of Jamestown High School. Mark is currently serving his sixth term as a Stutsman County Commissioner. He is currently the chairman of the committee. He is also a member of the Stutsman County Social Service Board, Stutsman County Weed Board, Stutsman County Law Governing Board, Jamestown Stutsman Development Corporation and he is also a volunteer coach for the Jamestown High School Science Olympiad team.

• Katie Andersen

  
  At-Large Member - City of Jamestown
  
  Besides being mayor of Jamestown, Katie is also the owner of Martinizing Dry Cleaning in Jamestown and a licensed real estate agent in North Dakota for Dardis Realty. Katie graduated from Jamestown High School in 1998 and then from South Dakota State University in Brookings, SD with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science. Katie worked for the South Dakota Legislature for two sessions as partisan and non-partisan staff of the Appropriation Committee. She has also been the assistant manager of Perkins Family Restaurant in Fargo and the director of a non-profit organization (Valley Twisters Gymnastics Club). She is a member of the Basilica Choir at St. James Basilica, where she is also a cantor for parish services. She also chairs the Liturgy Committee for the Basilica. Katie is a registered gymnastics official for the North Dakota High School Activities Association. Though Katie is no longer coaching gymnastics, she is happy to have the opportunity to support the sport she loves through officiating.
