Dennis Ellefson - President
Born and raised on a farm near Sherman, SD. Graduated in 1970 from Jasper, MN.
(Associate Degree – Accounting).
Has been employed by Otter Tail Power Company for 33 years, having worked in the area offices of Milbank, Morris, Fergus Falls, Oaks and now Jamestown. When in Morris in 2002, served on boards for Stevens County Economic Improvement Commission and City Council for 5+ years. Also has been involved with JCs, Kiwanis, Boy Scouts, Church Council, Babe Ruth Base Ball, Chamber of Commerce, City Planning Commission, Elderly Housing Board, Rotary, Lions Club, Morris Fishing League, and Airport Advisory Board.

Richard D. Geigle - Past President
Jamestown, ND - Hometown, Graduated Jamestown High School. Civil Service Grand Forks Air Force Base 1960-1967. Owner/broker Severson Real Estate Co. Grand Forks ND 1960-1989, Jamestown, ND 1989 to present. Licensed in ND and MN. Associated in several commercial ventures: former Burger King Franchisee, poly-bag manufacturing, land development, rehab of homes and commercial properties. Works as a consultant for business and commercial property sales, site location and marketing. Owned with a partner a real estate and insurance company in Fargo, ND. While licensed in Florida (1986-1997), marketed condominium sales in large gated community with golf course and marina, as well as commercial sales of land and businesses. Owned and operated a product liquidation company in Bemidji, MN including sales of tools, antiques, autos, farm machinery, crafts, furniture and appliances. Developed a strip shopping center for client, rehabilitation and leasing of large commercial projects in MN as well as lake front development of residential and commercial properties. Presently own commercial properties in Jamestown including a restaurant/bar. Serves on board of Jamestown/Stutsman Development Corp and member of Forx Builders Association, Grand Forks, ND.

Established Heinrich and Company Insurance Adjusters Oct 1980 in Jamestown. Presently with offices also in Bismarck, Minot and Devils Lake. Elected to Jamestown City Council Nov 1998 - re-elected June 2000 and 2004. Past President of Jamestown Lions and North Dakota Elks Association. Chairman City Council Finance and Legal Committee. Member Of Governing Authority Stutsman County Law Enforcement Correctional Center.
