employer in Jamestown, it has enjoyed a long and successful association with
the community of Jamestown since 1971. Employing 545 people, the company is
a worldwide exporter and the largest supplier (including design/development/manufacturing
and certification) of cargo systems to Boeing, Airbus, and airlines worldwide
. Over the past decade, the company has expanded several times, absorbing manufacturing
functions from allied facilities in Georgia, California, and Ohio.
North Dakota State Hospital
North Dakota's rehab, treatment and evaluation center for individuals with
psychiatric and substance abuse needs. The facility employs more than 450
employees, many of whom are professionals in the areas of medicine, mental

Jamestown Public School District
The school district serves 2,300 PreK-12 students and has an annual general fund budget over $16,000,000. Our community is proud of our $21,000,000 high school that opened in January 2004 and in finishing a $5,800,000 renovation project of the middle school in the summer of 2005.

Parent organization of Central Dakota Village Central Dakota Village is a 100 bed long-term care skilled facility located in northeastern Jamestown. In April of 2002, the Sisters of Mary of the Presentation became the owners and sponsors of this home for the elderly.
Cavendish Farms
Cavendish Farms is the 4th largest processor of frozen potato products in North America. Cavendish Farms has two production facilities in Canada and acquired their 3rd facility in Jamestown in 2001. The Jamestown plant has an annual production capacity of 300 million lbs. of frozen French fries and potato products and employees 250 people.
